This is Dialogue from the Fallout 4 Mission "Secure Viable Blood Samples Scribe Neriah". I have collected many Viable Blood samples from different creatures in the Wasteland. I return to Scribe Neriah to collect my Reward. ****Blood Samples are found at random after killing anything in the Commonwealth. This quest is repeatable and ongoing. Scribe Neriah will have a breakthrough after giving her 20 Viable Blood Samples and announce that she has developed the X-111 Compound.
