Fallout: Equestria - Project Horizons - Chapter 15: Flank

I apologize for the extended absence (especially since I meant to publish this last night when the internet went wonky all of a sudden). Without going too deep into the details, there was a death in the family and I needed to attend a funeral. That's that. In happier news, here it is, chapter 15. Pretty damn long chapter too. As usual, there's always something for me to say, "Wow, I could have done that better" about, but if I go off changing things too much, well, before I realize it I'll just be recording the whole thing over again.
