Final Fantasy VI Playthrough (24) Miscellaneous Train Events

Just some extra things to do while on the way to the front of the train involving a werid treasure hunter and dinner prepared by ghosts. What is the deal with Siegfried anyway? You only see him like three times in the game and one of them claims that there are two of them. I think that the one on the train is a fake because you fight him again in the colosseum in the WoR and he can own even a level 99 character. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out here.
