Cait Sith doesn't have a level 4 limit break, but he gets a side quest anyway. In his quest he must face... wait, do I even need to comment on this? Kudos to SegaChief for these designs. Absolutely beautiful! They have fixed attack patterns like Safer-Sephiroth and the attacks that take the place of Pale Horse and Super Nova inflict some nasty statuses.
