Fix app force close on Android (all versions, all apps)

****IF YOU PERFORM THIS FOR A GAME, ALL PROGRESS WILL BE ERASED. YOU ARE EXPECTED TO START FROM ZERO IF THE GAME DOES NOT SUPPORT ONLINE BACKUP OF STATS OR PROGRESS**** Clear cache and clear data. It's really that simple. Applies to all apps/games, system or user, all Android versions. It's especially frustrating to do to a game because it will erase the progress of the game. But at least you get the app/game working again! Sorry for lack of quality! Filmed on my old Desire Z! Apologise for the abrupt end coz the phone ran out of memory! I know, right?!!
