After suffering injuries to several joints during martial arts training in her early twenties, she felt certain she would never consider herself an athlete again--until she was lucky enough to get involved with the pole community. Pole fitness has given Paige a new lease on her health, a group of the most amazing female friends she's ever had, and a confidence she never knew she could feel. She is currently working on a book about pole fitness and the aerial arts community, and thinks everyone should try pole at least once. She thanks her family for their support, her fiance, David, for his patience, and her best friend, Cassidy, for dragging her to her first pole class.
