The mocktail session, priced at ₹3,999 per person, lasts about 30 minutes while dinner for ₹6,999 per person can take about an hour.
The setup being lifted by a crane around 160 feet or 16 storeys high. The table slowly rotates 360 degrees and the people can enjoy views of Hebbal’s Nagavara Lake, Manyata tech park and the lush green cover in the vicinity.
The experience can host 22 diners and you can book individual spots or the entire table. There are 4-5 staff members at the centre, including chefs, bartenders and a photographer.
The guests are buckled up, while the standing crew is secured by safety harnesses at all times. A supervisor also briefs a safety video before the experience begins.
Fly Dining concentrating more on adventure than the food and the restaurant does not prefer live cooking while serving in the sky. However, a set of a menu is following; food items like grilled chicken with herbed rice, croquettes, mocktail, snacks will be available here.
The concept was hosted in Chandigarh by CCPL Hospitality in 2008 and is currently available in over 40 countries across the world.
