I am an avid fan of this game and having been playing it now for over 10 years and because of this I recognise the benefit of looking for wonderkids. A wonderkid is generally a player under 20 with bags of potential who will go on to become a world class talent within the game. In order to see that potential released though it is important you give the player game time, either by placing him in your first team or loaning him to a suitable team.
