Ford Mondeo (UK) DVD navigation - how to get the DVD out (works for SD card also)

The DVD inside my unit was not reading properly, but I couldn't find how to remove the DVD to clean it. Searched high and low on the internet for some help, but in the end the dealer showed me. For anyone else with the same problem, here is how you do it. If you have the SD card version, this is in the same location.
