I think the secret way is only possible to enter on mobile with smooth fix off, but I'm not sure. You have to hold before the yellow jump pad. This bug happens like every 5-10 attempts, you just have to keep trying. I really recommend you to beat this lvl using the secret way, because the lvl is very bad.
