Fresh Guacamole with Beef Chorizo! Happy Super Bowl Day!

Yum! This has to be the best guacamole I've done in a while. When you make your own chorizo, its simply delicious! I'll be placing my recipe/s in a cookbook soon, I hope! Anyway, choose a favorite chorizo and try it in a guacamole. Make sure you have the best chips since this one is deserving of a great pair! Pairs well with a Shiraz or a nice red blended wine!
