For more than 60 years, the fate of PenAir has been in the hands of one family. But that could change come October, when it goes up for sale to settle the airline’s debts. The head of the company, Danny Seybert, says PenAir is about $19 million in debt. He still hopes to raise the cash to buy back the airline his father, Orin, founded in 1955.
