De Terra Italica, set in the hills between Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna, is very beautiful, but can we build our new life on a run down farm here with our wife Senleya? In today's episode- As winter closes in, we're selling all the silage, hay and straw that we've got stored up from the summer work. Well, most of it anyway. We're going to keep a little bit back in case we're able to afford to buy some cows in the spring as we'd like to be able to expand our farm a little.
