FSX DME Arc tutorial

In this tutorial we are demonstrating an approach to TNCM (St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles) runway 09 coming from St. Barth's. In particular we are using the VOR DME 09 approach in which we have to cross the station (PJM 113.00) and use the VOR/DME to perform a 9 nm arc prior to the final approach to runway 09.
