FSX - Flying the 737

Hi Guys! Edit: I recorded this before my other vid, but wanted to release it later :) It's been a long time since I've touched FSX but some people mentioned the PMDG 737 and it caught my interest, I've only played it for 3 days but had some help from an actual 737 captain friend of mine, Jive. You may notice a few mistakes which I've edited or skipped, such as setting flaps to 5 pre taxi and it went to 40, I thought I pressed stepping once, which incidentally would've gone to flaps 1. Also, I guess this is a thing of inexperience and the difference between having a flight plan and knowledge of weather beforehand and me plopping an aircraft down, but I had the departure and arrivals set wrong, so I ran through it again quickly without recording. Also, when he and I were playing multiplayer we had no ATC so had free roam to follow our own course, but in this video ATC wanted me to fly the route FSX set up which I didn't want to do and I know the built in ATC can get a bit annoying. So I cancelled the IFR after takeoff and back again for landing. Take off procedures was a bit sketchy, I think I enabled LNAV/VNAV a few hundred feet too late, I also heard you can enabled them before take off but I prefer doing it myself. I believe I forgot to hit the N1 switch (I think I had to) but when I enabled VNAV engines spooled up themselves. As for landing, I don't know the whole procedure with APP usage, if i need to have HDG/ALT HOLD selected or if it overides, it seemed to work, but the light also turned off but seemed to keep on tracking. I disabled AT at 1500 and AP at 1000 so I had more time to get a feel of the throttle to pitch instead of elevators.
