自2014，富錦樹開始打造起我們心目中理想的台式料理用餐體驗。 除了一個很棒的空間、從擺飾、器皿到菜餚、搭配的酒水都是我們的用心之選，更希望這裡是個你想介紹給外國朋友的「台灣印象」！ 更獲選國際雜誌 Monocle 2014「全球旅遊五十大景點之一」，並列入Louis Vuitton City Guide台灣必訪餐廳。2018獲選台北市十大台菜餐廳。 2014年末に富錦樹が一貫して提案してきた「美的生活」の延長として、台湾の料理とフランスのシャンパンを組み合わせた、スローフードと料理に合うお酒を楽しむことを重視したお店をオープンしました。グローバル雑誌『Monocle』の2014年 『世界の観光スポット50選』の一つに選ばれ、またルイ・ヴィトン・シティ・ガイドで台湾でも必訪のレストランとして紹介されました。 In 2014, we combined Taiwanese style cuisine paired with French champagne to offer an enjoyable “slow food” lifestyle in Fujin Tree. We aim to promote a new food culture, making Taiwanese cuisine become an elegant dining experience. We has also been selected as one of 2014's "top 50 international travel destinations” in the “Monocle” international magazine and is listed a must-visit restaurant in Taiwan for Louis Vuitton City Guide.In 2018, we are awarded with “2018 Taste Taiwanese Cuisine Taipei” as the Top 10 Taiwanese cuisine in Taipei.
