I am currently counting macros because I want to make sure I am eating enough! It is so easy to Undereat or even overeat when you don't track properly! I don't tend to eat the same things everyday, but somethings are similar!
I obviously am not a body builder, don't do any sort of competing, so I am not as STRICT as some people may be when counting macros. This is a lifestyle for me! I want to make sure I am fueling my body with the proper nutrition that it needs, but also I want to enjoy my life and live it! So I have found my healthy balance of both!
