Important note: This run time has been greatly increased for 2 reasons: 1) We do not do 00 in all mission as we happend to do it in missions 46 anyway (it cut of around 15 to 16 minutes) 2) User Pewable ( https://www.youtube.com/user/PewableShift ) found one major glitch that make full game runs way more intense and allow use to skip pretty much every single choppers waitting scenes ! This is the current World Record for Metal Gear Solid V : The Phantom pain in Total stealth% all main ops (50 missions) Wich mean the follow aren't allow: use of anything that is said to lowering your rank to A at most(Stealth Camo, bandana, support fire, support helicopter etc), reflex mode, kills, alerts.
