"Furs galore" are seen hanging in a furrier's warehouse. This film shows lots of fur pelts hanging in the warehouse then C/Us of pelts being sliced and cut. (Minks are cut from top to bottom - rather revolting). Process of making "chevron" cuts in mink shown in extreme C/U. Machinists are seen working to stitch together very thin pieces of mink. The machinists all have great hairdos - lots of back combing. High angle, M/S and C/U of pieces of mink being stretched and nailed into a flat piece. "Soon after the nailing stage, you've got to nail your husband for a lot of money" states the narrator. Glamorous model is helped into a cropped mink jacket. She pulls the fur seductively around her shoulders. Narrator observes that the model can look so cool waltzing around in thousands of pounds because of her expert training. "Sandra" models various mink coats for designers and employees of the furrier. One of the men makes sketches as she models and alters the line of one of the coats. A leopard skin coat is modelled and the narrator observes that they are "becoming a rare commodity" - no wonder! Funny commentary in parts. As narrator finishes a detailed description of a particular coat he states "In our style - Cor!" Note: although commentary calls model "Sandra" according to paperwork she is Sue Elliott.
