I prefer using this graphics setting for competitive play like most streamers and stable performance. Only with this setting the VRAM takes up to 3.4GB, yep this game has memory leak, better play safe under load than regret getting performance loss in combat. I've tried the setting in med-high, it can run smooth at early but after 2hours play the performance loss happen make rendering building slow, laggy movement, and fps drop.
