Get one of those led flashlights that cops use; most of them use "SureFire" brand batteries. Keep the torch in your car and shine on them when they bringer you. Or get roll of pennies from the bank and keep a small handful in a wad of paper towel (for easy access and opening) in your cup holder. OR a handful of rocks is easily disguised as an accident when heaved.
