Gear cutting with Bcnc and grbl

I built this desktop router to help learn nc coding. Here I cut gears from polystyrene with small motor and Arduino Grbl machine. Poly is free waste and machine cost about $50 so with poly rigidity and the odd crash is not such a worry.
