​Genpact President and CEO Tiger Tyagarajan said his firm will achieve 50% female leadership over time by continuing to do what it's been doing—hiring great talent and creating an inclusive environment and culture. He made the comments in an interview with Catalyst, a nonprofit committed to advancing women in the workplace, following the release of its latest report, Progress in Action: Catalyst CEO Champions For Change.
