Ghoghay dey channey (Tastes of Pakistan) ChickPea Gravy

This is the best channa place in town. Its called Ghogha Nakabia restaurant. They have five restaurants in and around Lahore. Ghogha is the owners nickname and Nakibia is his mentors last name. The chic peas are made in a central kitchen some where and then bought out to different restaurants. The stew is mildly spicy, fairly oily, buttery tasting bliss. These are the best channa in town, period. Stew with boiled eggs, kofta, and chicken are available with oven fresh baked rotti (tandori chapati) and naans.
