ghost girl caught on webcam

this is picture of a customer sitting at a table on the right. i noticed that my staff did not attend to this customer, so i phoned the restaurant to tell them that there is someone sitting at the table so please serve her. i was told to my surprise that there was no one at the table. look closely at the figure and you will see shoulders and what appears to be a face with no facial features, just long black hair. the figure dissappeared after afew minutes. i have included some audio from the webcam capture so turn up your speakers as it is very faint. i have not been able to hear anything but some people have noticed a young girl mumbling to herself.
