Global Energy Metals to buy all of Hammer Metals' cobalt project in Australia

Global Energy Metals Corp (CSE:GEMC) (OTCMKTS:GBLEF) CEO Mitchell Smith tells Proactive Investors the cobalt miner has signed final agreements with Hammer Metals Ltd (OTCMKTS:HMRRF) (ASX: HMX) to acquire 100% of the Millennium cobalt project and the Mount Isa cobalt projects in Australia. Smith says this agreement is "transformational" for the company, as it grows its portfolio in the cobalt space.
