GMod 13 - Holster/Draw System (CPTBase)

Just a quick holster and draw system I made. It is currently on for my Draugr and Super Mutant SNPCs but I'll make it usable soon as a default customizable function in CPTBase. Thanks to DrVrej for inspiring me to pick back up on this code!
