Gmod DarkRP Level system more addons

I spent a bit of time learning about a scripting language called lua and decided to add some stuff to a gamemode called darkrp. I thought it would be better if job's and money printer's needed an certain level, so I made an level system and a wanted system that only a certain job called "bounty hunter" could get rewarded for finding player's with an bounty and putting them in jail. Your bounty level would go up on the amount of crime you committed. The NPC gun dealer only allows people with the right level to buy weapons as well as upgrades for there weapon I thought it would help stop people from coming on a server buying a weapon within 5 minutes of joining then going on an rdm rampage.
