Have Armor, a shot gun with a least 20 rounds, and Uzi with a minumum 200 ammo. You'll be gunning him down in the core of Triad terrirtory where you're guaranteed to lose health. The quickest way to wipe him out is blow past his thugs and gun down Chunky with ur Uzi (as seen in my vid). If done correctly he'll be dead before he enters his car. IMPORTANT: keep running away as the Triads will continue to shoot as you even after the mission is complete. So proper aiming is critical in this mission ALTERNATE approach: If you're feeling lazy it's possible to rig both his getaway cars with bombs. But you must do it undetected. Just take out the Triads in the mean time (or run away) until he enters his car. Once he does the car will explode and bye-bye Rat VAN HEIST: 8:55 Have a pick-up truck, or a Hummer, or any other strong vehicle. You need to ram a bullet-proof Securicar and avoid the cops at the same time. Once the Securicar stops bait the cops in a mid-range distance, then quickly run to the Securicar. If done correctly you'll just make it and won't get arrested. To shake off the cops either Pay N Spray or your Hideout IF you complete 20 Vigelante missions for the Police Bribes.
