Grand Theft Auto Online Connection Server Issues / Empty Lobby PART 1

FOREHAND: Please keep in mind that I have no problems, discconect issues, or latency problems in ANY other game. I have updated my routers firmware, and am using Google DNS as my primary and secondary DNS servers as recommended. I am using Verizon FiOS, fiber optic internet and my connection has been up and running 99.8% of the time according to the statistics log. I have no problem playing any other game, and I pretty much play every game on the PC known to man. I decided to make this video after pent up frustration about GTA online for PC just 3 days after release. I can not play the game, or have any fun in it. I am no longer able to stay in a server with people for very long, if at all. Say i join online: Ill spawn in my apartment, hit Z and see everyone on the server.. I am able to talk to them. As soon as I leave my garage I see a massive list of "Has left" messages... and I am alone, by myself on SERVER 1 (even if i wasn't on server 1 before I left the garage) I have made sure all my ports were forwarded properly, and DMZ host is set to my IP address. Although none of this was needed yesterday or earlier today. I am still able to setup missions, and partake in missions using my phone and people can join, and I can join others even though I'm still having these issues only to be disconnected 75% of the time later. In some missions, other people disconnect randomly and it ends abruptly. I am also having trouble with friends seeing me online via social network. Rockstar has deleted my comments and questions on their support website, and that leads me to believe there's something more being covered up here. OTHER RELATED ERROR MESSAGES: "SAVING FAILED The Rockstar cloud servers are currently unavailable. Your progress will be saved when the connection is re-established." "Failed to host a GTA Online session. Please return to Grand Theft Auto V and try again later." "Saving failed - unable to connect to the Rockstar game services." "Connection to the session host has been lost. Unable to determine a new host. The GTA Online session will be terminated." "Joining a new GTA Online session" "Rockstar game servers could not process this transaction. Please try again and check www.rockstargames.com/support for more information about current issues, outages, or scheduled maintenance periods." Some people also mention this issue as a server split... most console users are saying "server splits are still happening"
