We firmly believe that some guitars have innate personalities and proclivities, and this serial wants to rock, and rock hard! It can do other things, certainly, but it begs for riffs on riffs on riffs. Part of what makes it so inspirational is its articulate, percussive attack and its incredible touch-sensitivity. This guitar captures every detail of your right-hand technique, which makes rhythm playing an absolute joy. It certainly nails the Malcolm Young-style Gretsch sound to a T! In fact, it responds so much to your dynamics, you may find yourself pondering whether or not you even need a pedalboard! The midrange is particularly expressive. It's quite subdued when you play softly except for a vocal resonance in the upper mids, but when you strum hard, it fills out with overtones and gives you the sort of crunchy sparkle that rock guitarists dream of!
