GTA 5 Online - How to make a RNG/Tryhard Outfit (READ DESCRIPTION)

Let's get this straight. The title says RNG/Tryhard meaning if you RNG you can still make this outfit but just don't use the helmet... Now The helmet is for the Tryhard players!! That's why it says RNG/TRYHARD!!! So stop hating on my video and read the title!! It's like a 2 in 1 video people!
