Go to Style, go to Illuminated Clothing Press RIGHT at the D-Pad for 20 sec. Remember, if you start with ON, You must not end with ON Press the Home button to go to the menu. Start Youtube or Netflix Back To Home, Start GTA5. Xb1 & PC Stand beside the Juggernaut Ring. Open the Interaction Menu. Go to Style, go to Illuminated Clothing Press RIGHT at the D-Pad for 20 sec. Remember, if you start with ON, You must not end with ON Wait for the System about to Kick you out because idle. Ask the other player to push you and become Juggernaut. Got kicked out from the mission. 10) Back to lobby with normal cloth on. 11) Leave the apartment. 12) Become CEO/MC, change outfit once and back to none 13) Quickly Change Appearance 14) Go to apparel, put on any hat and any crew t-shirt, SAVE 15) Back to glitched lobby. 16) Restart the game 17) Become CEO/MC, change outfit once and back to none 18) Interaction menu, remove the hat. 19) Save the outfit. Run to the side of the telescope Press (RIGHT at D-Pad) Twice When you see the mask comes off and Message pops up at the top left corner.
