GTA IV: Mission #45 - Call And Collect

Mission #44, Call And Collect. (Francis McReary) In this mission, you must head over to the Viewing Point in Lancaster to find the Blackmailer. Once you arrive, Francis will send you the number, you must call it to find out who the Blackmailer is. When he picks up the phone, have a look around to see if anyone is on a phone. When you have located the Blackmailer, he will make a run for it. Kill him and pick up the device he dropped, take it back to Francis to end the mission.
