So it is possible to skip that ramp completely. Nice riddle by the creator of that track. I think I have to buy me a Trophy Truck for my first character to get a 3:42. Transfer from Besra to Trophy is poor, Trophy Truck part is meh, rest is okay. This is the quickest possible line for that race, I don't know what else I could add. You're welcome.
