GTX 970 SLI - Low Performance Issues [60 FPS]

Hey guys I upgraded my rig to include another EVGA GTX 970. Unfortunately I haven't seen a big increase in performance or really much of an increase at all... EDIT: it seems my CPU was bottlenecking my GPUs so I've now returned my second 970 and will upgrade my CPU when I get a chance :) ----------------------------------------­­---------------------------------------­-­----------------- PC Specs: CPU: AMD FX 8320.
