(2015 Eastern Tour – Day #65 / Challenge #63) Hey everybody! Day #65 of my 2015 Eastern USA & Canada Tour and for this food challenge I'm in the Mission Hill area of Boston, MA at Flann O'Brien's Irish Pub. I'll be taking on their Guinness Breakfast Challenge and attempting to get my second win in the state of Massachusetts. Flann O’Brien’s Guinness Breakfast Challenge ($20): The challenge platter consists of 3 rashers of bacon, 4 Irish sausages, 3 fried eggs on top of 1 pancake, 6 pieces of white and black pudding, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, home fries, Irish baked beans, and a few slices of toast. There is also a bowl of freshly chopped fruit included with the meal. Challengers have 30 minutes to finish the entire meal. Winners receive the meal free and a sweet t-shirt. If you can finish an optional pint of Guinness beer along with the breakfast within the time limit you will also get a free hat as well. The challenge is only available on weekends during their breakfast hours so be sure to schedule the challenge accordingly beforehand if you are interested in attempting it.
