Gyroscopic Wind Turbine

This is one of my design attempts for harnessing low speed wind. (6 to 10 mph) Traditional wind turbines require about 14 mph to become cost effective. To keep it short, many areas could benefit from a system that would produce small scale power or pump water while operating at much lower required wind speeds. This concept requires a microcontroller, anemometer and stepper motors. At low wind speeds the deflection of the control surfaces is greater. An obvious drawback; the servo motors will use some energy.
