One brave fan saw his Manchester City dreams come true, when he was personally invited by Joe Hart to walk hand-in-hand onto the Etihad pitch. 10-year-old Finn Middleton, who suffers from a rare form cancer, received a call from the Blues’ number one live on air with Key 103’s breakfast show – inviting him for a magical mascot experience. Finn, from Flixton, is fighting Rabdomcinsarcoma for the second time. He had the goalkeeper’s surprise sprung upon him last month, before taking part in a unique stadium tour. Joe Hart, Manchester City Football Club, said: “It was an honour to welcome Finn as my mascot to the Bournemouth fixture. We’ve heard a lot about his courage over the last few years and his positivity is inspiring for the whole team.
