Healing vision naturally #1

I have myopia which means I am nearsighted. I have had myopia since I was 11 and started wearing eyeglasses at that point. I started using contact lenses when I was 14. I am 40 now and it's about time I get rid of both glasses and contact lenses. I have -4.0 on my left eye and -4.5 on my right eye.On November 27 2012 I stopped wearing contacts and I took off my eyeglasses.
