Ingredients:
300 gm Broccoli
1 medium sized onion
1/4 th of a small cabbage
1 green bell pepper (capsicum)
1 long purple brinjal (eggplant)
A handful of cottage cheese (paneer)
1- 2 tbsp Thai vegetarian stir-fry sauce
Frozen peas - a handful
Sambal paste - 1 tsp
2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
2 tsp mustard seeds
A pinch of Asfoetida
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
Cilantro (coriander) leaves - a handful
Half of lime juice.
