Smoothie recipe:
250mls of Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
1 Small frozen banana
2 Tbs of oats
A few mint leaves
A bit of Cinnamon
2Tbs of The Healthy Mummy Smoothie Powder (Vanilla)
Ice (optional)
Blend for 2-3mins and enjoy!
