Samadhi is the state of union with an object. Samadhi creates the deepest possible experience of knowledge and understanding. Gain true understanding by merging your consciousness with any object. In this Higher Self video teaching mini-series, we began by first centering ourselves in the deepest layer of our being: conscious awareness. Within this state of total stillness, we witnessed the first movement of creative energy called 'intention'. Now in this third video we guide our intention to create new knowledge and understanding. Samadhi is one of the deepest state reached along the genuine path of yoga, as taught by Patanjali and the earliest gurus of yoga. By reaching the samadhi experience, full knowledge and understanding is reached.
