i use a drain first, before useing my special balanceing technique and spin bursting to 400rpm, twice. you can here the water sloshing arround after these spins in the drum. and then i start it on a fast spin, balanceing. 300rpm burst then 1200rpm spin i put in the towels in for the main wash.
