The majority of my Chem/Phys content came from what I learned during my undergraduate courses and from the private class I took. Most of my Bio/Biochem content was from the Princeton Review I have linked above and from my private class I took. I predominantly used the Khan Academy PDF to learn Psych/Soc and materials from the private class I took. Most MCAT prep companies (Kaplan, Princeton Review, etc) offer similar content so I suggest doing your research as to what will work best for you.
