How I Kit bashed a GE BQ 23 7

Here is an in depth video explaining how I kit-bashed a GE BQ 23-7. The BQ 23-7 is one of those odd ball diesels that you either like or you don't. I personally Like them and this is one of the reasons I wanted one in HO scale. I used a Bachmann BQ 23-7 shell, Atlas SD24 chassis, with GP38 trucks and a custom made fuel tank modified from an SD35. These an many details went into this model. It also has DCC installed as well.
