RCAP (the dog shelter I mentioned in videos before) was greatly affected. The whole shelter is flooded and trees have fallen, which is blocking rescuers from helping. Teresa and volunteers are working their hardest to keep the dogs all alive but the recovery will cost a lot. Many things are damaged including all the food is soaked with water.
