How to beat Aldrich: Dark Souls 3

He is weak to fire so use charcoal pine resin for extra damage. Get close to him and spam attack, he only has 1 melee attack. When he does the rain of arrows spell don't run in a straight line as the arrows will catch up to you. Take 90 degree turns.
