How to Blast Through Plateus in Your Bodybuilding Workouts. Working out can be fun when you're making progress, but it can be a bummer when that progress bottoms out. No pun intended.: :) What are some ways that you can ensure that you continue to make progress in your bodybuilding workouts? Well, in the 30 years I've been training, change is the one variable that I've come back to over and over again. Changing not only your workouts, but your rep ranges, your range of motion, your rest in between sets, your volume, and even your diet and lifestyle choices. Once you start changing things around, you start to discover what the truth is that threads through all of the variables in your training. By changing any of the variables, you start to discover which parts of your training are presently working for you and which are not. For instance, if you change your frequency in your training and all of a sudden you notice that your strength and pumps go through the roof, then perhaps you've discovered something about your body that you didn't know before. Perhaps, at this point in time, your body responds better to a different amount of frequency. You see, through change, you start to learn how to surf the subtle changes in how your body is adapting at the time. Perhaps one type of training has worked for you for a while, but it's entirely possible that you've burned out that pathway and now the only way to get the body to adapt is to deal with the new weak link at hand. And that is the basis of changing things up. What you're really doing is finding out what the new weak link is, and working with that, instead of pounding the same pathway over and over again and wondering why you're not getting any progress. http://www.naturalgallantbodybuilding.com The SHOES I LIKE TO TRAIN LEGS IN: http://amzn.to/2aPXvdM CLOTHING AND APPAREL: http://tee.pub/lic/aAGa4mYyeEQ Photography and Art: http://fineartamerica.com/profiles/jason-gallant.html FOLLOW ME ON TWITTER https://twitter.com/JasonGallant9 EQUIPMENT USED TO MAKE MY VIDEOS: Canon 70D DSLR Camera: http://amzn.to/2aZgYgM Sigma 1.4 35mm Lens: http://amzn.to/2aDdHRY Rode Video Mic Pro: http://amzn.to/2aKFq3E Sennheiser G3 lavalier wireless microphone: http://amzn.to/2aTyPTK Canon 16-35mm 2.8 lens: http://amzn.to/2aZUWtb Some of the links above are Amazon Affiliate links.
