This is a cost effective way to get around from buying a new turbocharger from a dealer, especially a genuine replacement part. The cheapest price I found for a Genuine JCW turbo is over $1500. If you’re looking to have this done of you have questions about this process, feel free to email me and I will be happy to give you more information. While you’re replacing the cartridge, you can install a better one to improve the characteristics of the turbo, while also reducing turbo lag.
